Pause, deep breath, I have Breast Cancer.

This is the face of breast cancer. I will survive, become stronger and not give up.

I must remember: God is our ever present help in times of trouble. Lean not on your own understanding and in all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct my path.

These are the faces I fight for.
Please pray for us.

  7. Shocked is how I felt when I read your post.... So I can only imagine how you feel. The other feeling I have deep in my heart is that you are going to be just fine. I am saying prayers already. I wish I knew your first name to include in my prayer.

    1. I know it has hit us so suddenly and like a ton of bricks; no family history, no risk factors and too young!
Thank you for your thoughts, your prayers. I have strength and purpose to fight this through God, family and the kindness of strangers. My name is Christine,I have a beautiful 5 year old daughter, grace. I live in upstate New York and I will be treated at a regional oncology center and at a medical university hospital; pray for my doctors and their wisdom.

Christine, I thought of you and said many quick silent prayers for you today. You have a beautiful spirit, beautiful blue eyes and a beautiful smile. And more importantly a beautiful family. It sounds as if you have a good medical community. Believe in your heart that you will be just fine....because you will be!
Good thoughts and prayers going out to you
