Rainy, Rainy

Well, I love my Hunter wellies and don't really need rain to wear them. But, we have had quite a lot of rain lately and I am looking forward to some sun to dry things up.

And warm things up...I put a long sleeved striped shirt under this chevron dress and added a denim jacket and scarf to be comfortable.

A twirl...please Mommy?

And a hug from my girl puts the warmest smile on my face!

Thanks to my friend Annette for my new Alex and Ani bracelet! I am lucky to receive such a sweet gift.

    1. Thanks! The wellies I considered an investment piece of my wardrobe; once I calculated cost per wear I knew it was something I would use at least 125 days per year (cold & wet here in the north) which in only one year put the cost per wear at $1.00 and I've had this pair for three years so now I'm down to about 33 cents!

  3. I love Hunter Wellies too and my blog http://juliewearswellingtons.wordpress.com shows how good they look when worn with the right Outfit, I often go into town with my Wellies on when the sun is shining and get lots of admiring glances and seeing you wearing your Wellies makes me very happy, you look really yummy.

    1. Thanks for stopping by my blog, I admire your style and love the quality of your blog and pictures! I feel like such an amateur but, my plan to learn more about photography and design was pushed aside by my treatments. Can I say cancer sucks?!
